What’s the minimum order for next day delivery?
Astor Drugs provides Next Day Shipping as long as you meet our minimum order of $1,000.00.
What type of pharmacies are able to purchase from Astor Drugs?
Astor Drugs sells to pharmacies of all class, including but not limited to Retail, Long Term Care, Correctional, Compounding, Hospital, Veterinary, and Small Chain.
What is your shipping policy?
Astor Drugs ships via UPS and FedEx. We offer Ground, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping
What’s your return policy?
Return products must have a RMA Number. We will authorize returns on items purchased from us in the last 30 Days. All short-dated, special order, and refrigerated products are not eligible for return. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping.
NO RETURNS ON COVID TEST KITS.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we accept all orders. Shipping charge of $15.00 is applied to orders less than $150.00
What billing terms does Astor Drugs offer its customer?
We have options for our customers. Credit card, or Net Terms determined by credit history.

How do I sign up with Astor Drugs and is there a contract involved?
You can either fill out attached credit application by clicking on the Forms page or contact your sales rep so that they can email you a copy. With Astor Drugs there are no contracts, you buy as needed. There is no requirement to meet any sales volume. We rely on our prices and services for return customers.
Does Astor Drugs provide pedigree on their products? DSCSA
Astor Drugs provides Pedigree Transaction Reports on every item that we distribute, you can log in to our website to view any invoice and obtain the transaction report or you can also ask your rep to send you a particular transaction report and we will get it over to you right away.
